Parts of Speech Posters
The bright and friendly parts of speech posters are some of the most useful wall displays in my classroom. Well, these and my synonym posters! Students refer to this wall regularly during our grammar time, but we often use it during writing time too. For example, when I remind my students to use more exciting adjectives in their writing. If anyone forgets what an adjective is, all they have to do is look at the wall as a reminder!
What is included?
I have the colored version up on my wall, but I included a black and white version for those of you who are short on ink. You can print them on colored card stock paper if you’d like them to pop! You will also find a banner to put on top of your parts of speech wall.

Is it editable?
Yes, it is!
You will get 8 colored editable parts of speech posters with the headers and clip art. You can write your own definitions for each part of speech, and add your own example sentences.
Editable word cards are included too, so add as many as you want! Get your students to help you choose the words that you can post together on the wall. 🙂
I made sure to add a black and white version for the editable version too. You can just print them as they are, or on colorful card stock paper!
I changed the clip art to something more generic so that you can get creative with your writing. The clip art I used for the PDF version is specific to the sentences I used in the posters.
